At The Fugly Mugly, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are made to order, please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number  
• A description of the issue  
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all The Fugly Mugly products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse  
• Incorrect size selection  
• Change of mind  
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within a short period after purchase before production begins. Once production starts, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping Issues

The Fugly Mugly is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Refund Eligibility
